I oversaw strategic partnerships & corporate development at Zillow for 12 years.

Salary was nice, but it came with golden handcuffs.
Stock options were nice, but they weren’t reliable.
Fancy VP titles was nice, but it didn’t create freedom.
I needed to diversify.
I became fascinated with real estate investing and its power to create generational wealth.
Today I am an active and passive partner in more than 1,200 commercial real estate units with a total value of over $350,000,000. Primarily through my company Clara Investment Group.
Since 2014, we’ve seen a 27% annual return on our real estate investments.
